THEATRE EDUCATION WITH NEVERLAND

Education is the heart and soul of Neverland Theatre Company. We understand the power of having mentors that will nuture your passion to perform and participate in theatre because we had mentors that did the same for us. Our mentors changed our lives for the better by giving us the gift of theatre, and we feel a deep responsibility to our community to pass on our time, talent, and love for theatre to future generations.

Neverland's education programs are designed to be inclusive. With the generous support of grantor organizations such as the Armstrong-Clark Foundation and the Miller Foundation, Neverland has been able to provide theatre education opportunities to Roswell at minimal cost to the community and we hope to continue a tradition of offering affordable education opportunities moving forward.

partnership with the studio+

In 2016, Neverland formed an ongoing partnership with the Studio+, a local dance studio dedicated to training young performing artists in Roswell. In addition to creating original productions together, Neverland and the Studio+ are working to implement after school theatre education classes for kids. To that end, Neverland's President, Maryl McNally, currently teaches musical theatre/acting for ages 10 to 18 at the Studio+. The two organizations are also currently working on their upcoming original Spring production, which will open May 18, 2018 at Pearson Auditorium in Roswell, New Mexico.
